What is your return policy?
Returns and refunds will be considered on a case by case basis. All payments will be made through Square and an invoice will be sent via email.

Can I use expedited shipping?
You may request expedited shipping. Otherwise, Avant Carved adds in a standard ground shipping & handling rate into your total payment.

How do I care for my woodware?
Best practice is as follows: Clean with warm water and dish soap / Dry immediately / Oil every 3-4 months to ensure health of wood / Food grade mineral oil is best / Cracking or bending may occur otherwise / If that's your look, keep on my friend

Can I request a certain make and model of woodware?
All woodwares are one of a kind and are not pre-planned before turning on the lathe. The wood tells me what it wants, I abide. However, stylistically, there is definitely some leeway so upon discussion, I will do my best to meet your standards.

What is a design proofing period?
This is the time where you and I will go back and forth to work up the design concept, if you have chosen to customize your piece. This will be through email, that way a record is kept of all proofs and interactions. There will be a 5 proof limit to ensure timely service.
